And and so to me that was not unexpected um and ii don’t know that it necessarily had anything to do with uh with geno smith being named the starter I thought that was gonna be expected that he would be the starter going into the steelers game and and frankly I expect him to be the starter going into the next game unless he absolutely has a horrific showing I think if drew lock is going to be able to seize this job it’s going to take some time because I just don’t think that it is as simple as one player is infinitely better than the other I think you’re talking about two quality players here one of them has the higher upside but at the same time also is a little bit more prone to mistakes and kudos to dru lock for not having some of those kind of frankly brain fart kind of throws that we saw that very first day of training camp he certainly looked good during the game it’s the mock game but at the same time again I think that geno smith’s experience his willingness to attack all levels of the field was on display on during tuesday’s practice you mentioned the players that made the big plays for him dk metcalf and marquis goodwin obviously those are starting caliber players for seattle um you know. And it really feels like it’s back now and we’re having fun with the games all prime time games so far have been excellent most of them at least well one was a heartbreaker that the other one was a heartbreaker for kansas city and then washington the the redacted’s had a good game with new yorkand um I think both thursday night games have been pretty fun um sunday night games have been kind of fun. Yeah I think I think that’s fair to say because they they’re young they have money and they compete in the locker room with who’s best dressedwell actually you could probably get that hex tie a Xtanic X-Men shirt little bit cheaper now that it’s it’s no longer new and in you might be able to get a discount I never knew it wasn’t.
