Is your site down I can’t login to my account I have even reset my password thinking it was incorrect but I just can’t login the site does not give any error message when I try to login it just does nothing I was logged in about two 2 days ago and placed some items in a Unicorn Dadacorn Happy Father’s Day shirt sweater cart when I was ready to review my cart it had no items in it and I was logged out. I would like to put in a formal complaint on the store manager of the lincoln road store in miami beach I stood in line for about 20mins only to be told that my 20 rewards coupon was not going to be honored I asked why and associate said because I was getting the 5 28 panties and that was not allowed with the rewards coupon I explained that me and my sister had both went to another vs 3days prior and bought the same items and my rewards was honored I then asked to speak to a manager the manager said the same thing and I again explained that I purchased the same items at another store 3 days ago and it was honored so why wont this store honor it he then said that store was wrong and he wouldnt honor it I asked if it wasnt allowed then why did the computer except the rewards code and he said he didnt know and walked away I was extremely upset and the next day I made the same purchase via online I am mad that I have to spend extra on shipping when I spent 1 hr in the store and waiting 20mins in line only to be told incorrect information horrible customer service I have been a client of vs for 21yrs and I have never had this type of issues happen I will like to hope that vs wants to keep me as a client and rectify this situation. I have an issue that I wanted to bring to your attention when I went to take my 2 month old son’s onesie off to change him I realized upon pulling the onesie down that it was completely stuck to his back the inside label was stuck to his skin which caused him a Unicorn Dadacorn Happy Father’s Day shirt sweater lot of discomfort and the area was irritated it had to be painfully ripped off as it wouldn’t budge when trying to do it slowly after it was removed he was left with a sticky residue in the area which then had to be scrubbed off and even then we had to leave some of it so we could give him a break i’m not sure why the label would do this we hang all of our children’s clothes always so it’s not as if it was melted in the dryer or something but even then that shouldn’t happen I think the label needs to be changed so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I am extremely frustrated and need assistance I placed an order over 6 days ago and it is a birthday present I have now sent 2 emails and multiple messages through facebook no one will answer me I am seriously beginning to question the legitimacy of this company I need to know where my order is what is taking so long why you are unable to answer your communications and when my order will be received this is an urgent matter that I need addressed immediately. I just want to say a big thank you to your company you have really gone out of your way to make me feel like a valued customer allow me to explain I had purchased from your huge blowout sale back at least a month or so ago and had purchased a fairly decent amount of product by the time you were to my order for packing a few things had sold out you sent me an email letting me know and that I had been refunded for those items a few days later I receive my shipping notice and another email stating I had been refunded I was confused as my order had already shipped to my surprise for the delay of my order being sent out you refunded my entire order and still shipped me the products I was floored and couldn’t believe that your company had done this I was already a fairly dedicated e l f customer but now knew I would be for a long time coming today I check my mail and have another package from your company extremely confused because I knew I had not had a chance to order recently I open it up to find this full size nourishing night cream along with a so sorry postcard picture will be in comments apologizing for my previous package being delayed I needed to share what top notch customer service you have and that I know for certain I will be a lifelong e l f customer thank you so much for going above and beyond
