I just opened a Top California Blackout Public Safety Power ShutOff PSPS shirt sweater package of honest wipes to put them in the wipes container and I am very disturbed by the black spots that are on the wipes it looks like black mold I purchased these directly from the honest company and have not opened them until now this shouldn’t happen ever for a package that is unopened.
