I made an order a week ago for some reason when I woke up my order was cancelled I called customer service no one could tell me why it was cancelled but they have a hold on my credit card for the amount I was told this would be for 3 5 business days and I called today now they are telling me I have to wait 7 10 business days to get my money back why am I waiting period you didn’t accept my order release my money I was willing to reorder but now I will completely miss the sale I am tired of talking to someone doesn’t know what is going on hopefully I can get some answers here.
