I was so excited when I saw that avon was once again offering a Official No. 34 Forever The King Est 2005 shirt navy mascara avon true color superextend nourishing mascara I have used it for several months now and I have to say that I am pretty disappointed in this product it will not stay on it crumbles and if my eyes happen to water it’s all over if you could make this mascara in a water proof version I think it would help a lot. I walked in the the rancho cucamonga location to make a return of an online order order number 239924288 on 9 07 18 at 8 45pm and the girl who helped me didn’t seem to know what she was doing and ended up shorting me on my return by about 2 because she picked the wrong items on the packing slip as the items that were being returned also while I was there the cashier asked me questions like have you ever made a return with us before and can I see your id and then imputing all my information off my id into the register which made me feel awkward and just uncomfortable like I was being accused of something also I had ordered two pair of strechie footed pajamas for my little girl and within two months both pairs have quickly developed a hole in the toes and are now unwearable I placed a complaint like this one about three weeks ago but only received a response saying I filled out the complaint foum wrong I am very upset with the customer service of this company how complaints are handled and the quality of the clothes offered. I would like to put in a formal complaint on the store manager of the lincoln road store in miami beach I stood in line for about 20mins only to be told that my 20 rewards coupon was not going to be honored I asked why and associate said because I was getting the 5 28 panties and that was not allowed with the rewards coupon I explained that me and my sister had both went to another vs 3days prior and bought the same items and my rewards was honored I then asked to speak to a manager the manager said the same thing and I again explained that I purchased the same items at another store 3 days ago and it was honored so why wont this store honor it he then said that store was wrong and he wouldnt honor it I asked if it wasnt allowed then why did the computer except the rewards code and he said he didnt know and walked away I was extremely upset and the next day I made the same purchase via online I am mad that I have to spend extra on shipping when I spent 1 hr in the store and waiting 20mins in line only to be told incorrect information horrible customer service I have been a client of vs for 21yrs and I have never had this type of issues happen I will like to hope that vs wants to keep me as a client and rectify this situation Hot Official No. 34 Forever The King Est 2005 shirt
