I recently ordered my daughter 2 pairs of summer pyjamas in the Nice UP nort’ remembers shirt sweater same style and size that I bought at your store last year they are noticeably smaller and hardly fit while the ones I bought last year still have plenty of room either they were labelled wrong or your sizes are completely arbitrary. Students are spending too much time in front of screens and very little time using their hands it’s claimed. Buyer beware I just spent 45 minutes on chat trying to get an order corrected their system would not accept the first order so the rep asked me to enter another order I did so thought everything was ok closed the chat then I get an email that the first order was found I now have two duplicate orders and they cannot correct it so this time I call customer service and she tells me they can’t stop the order which was just placed have to wait until it comes and return it I ask to talk to her supervisor and she refuses not sure I want to do business with this company if that is how they handle business
