So about a month ago I bought a few things from e l f and unfortunately I got them a bit late of course during that time I didn t think much of it since I had ordered from them before and I never had a problem in fact sometimes I would get things a bit sooner than I expected anyways I never emailed them complaining about it cuz I figured that maybe they were just backed up on their orders I finally got my order and everything was there so I was happy today I was surprised to see that I had a package from e l f and of course I was super confused since I hadn t placed an order I was so pleased when I saw the note that came with the eye cream this shows to me that they really care about their customers and that they re willing to go that extra mile for them I m so glad I m a customer
