Super frustrated with the shipping policies of the children’s place I don’t understand why you’ll ship for free to a Hot Oregon Ducks 2020 Rose Bowl Game Champions shirt sweater post office box in alaska but if I receive mail at a street address where the usps still delivers my only shipping options are to pay for express or rush shipping i’m used to paying for shipping because of living in alaska and often do it without question but for this company to arbitrarily offer free shipping to some and not to others is frustrating to say the least thankfully there are other online retailers without such asinine policies to spend my money at. I love love love your luminous foundation but the bottle needs a redesign it is the leakiest foundation on earth I carry it in my purse up right in a small pocket inside a ziploc because I know it will leak everywhere this is after just driving to the airport and going through security I haven’t even flown yet I carry a pack of lysol wipes just to clean up after this product sad please consider a different pump and neck for this great foundation I have had three bottles and they are all like this I don’t want to decant it because you need such a teeny amount yet it’s hard to gauge what you need and I don’t want to pour any remainder back into the bottle when I get home and potentially add in bacteria. Why is it that after 6 and a half years with this company with not missing any payments nor having amy late payments that even with my bank showing your payment clearing on the 9th that my order is placed on hold because you claim you didn’t receive that payment is there not a soul within the company finance department that has an email address where I can send proof of payment to get the order released this is the proverbial straw that has broken my back this will be my last order done
