Hi I tried to call customer care and they say they can’t talk to me because my old district sales manager tried to ruin my reputation her name is rene hughes and she threatened me I only want to sign up to be a Hippie Elephant I Hate People Vintage Retro shirt sweater rep I was unfairly cut off and over charged. Yesterday morning I checked my bank account and noticed two charges from your company I was not made aware that these charges would happen I called immediately went on chat 630am as soon as it was open I asked to have these orders cancelled and refunded one was cancelled but the other was not I was told if it ended up going to the shipping carrier you would have it sent back to you and I would be refunded this did not happen and now its on its way to me I have now been only offered a partial refund and am stuck with diapers too small for my child I am very concerned that the honest company charges their customers without informing them beforehand then will not fully refund them for products they do not want need. For 1st bundle of the new diapers you stated there would be 8 packs instead of 7 I only got 7 packs and ive been trying to get ahold of any one in customer service for 2 days
