I ordered product online on 9 1 I finally received an email today alerting me that my order has shipped and the expected delivery is 9 13 12 days for receiving an online order is unacceptable I can’t think of another company that takes this long to process an order it leaves me feeling like I would never want to order from elf directly again and I havent even received the products as of yet not a good look elf
