How did okay I’ll call itself actualization a Top Los Angeles Dodgers Lakers Champions Championship World Series shirt process a lifeprocess a studied feng shui for manymany years and practice it in my lifebut the paperwork the the tedium ofgoing through like 40 years ofcollecting papers on workshops I’vetaken in workshops I’ve given and and mylife is a lot about self actualizationand living an intentional life andwelcome to Vermont but I have a hardtime with the papers because there’s somany of them and I have to touch eachone and go through each one and it’s onsome level it’s really boring and longand hard yeah what happening inspirationor help about that boring is so for me II think decluttering is boring and Iknow some of you will disagree with meand I envy you because I think most ofus find decluttering boring is so Ryanand I found a way to make it a littlebitor fun so so Ryan you heard about hispacking party your ID he talked abouthis packing party and we came up withthis idea called a scanning party if youknow I figured out if you put party atthe end of anything Ryan showed up. You bet somethingreal easy like someone cooks dinner forthe other person who ever you knowdoesn’t make it to the end of the monthor more 10 000 but you know what ifboth of you make it to the end of themonth though you both win because youwould have gotten rid of like 500 itemsso you could do that with your paperworkum it you know maybe you don’t tackleall the items in your home but juststart counting out pieces of paperevery single day and just take it asmall chunk at a time it’s really easyin the beginning like you know one thingto think then you get to day 20 andyou’re like oh man I got here with 20pieces and then tomorrow 21 and then 22like in the last I think five days ofthe month is when you get rid of Lakeyou know the other 30 of the stuff that you have left to getrid of but just taking in small chunksand yeah it is going to be some hardwork but the more you can kind of findways to make it fun and interesting it’sdefinitely going to go a little biteasierthanks Alex question thank you making itfun is really. Your documentary and I went crazyand sold and threw away things and myfamily got scaredisn’t that the weird thing like so ifyou start getting rid of stuff it’s likeoh __ he’s gonna kill himselfyeah they were like what are you gonnaeat on or sit on or anything anyways myquestion is basically just about likedigital clutter and two examples wouldbe in this kind of new era of streaminglike prior to five years ago I have youknow 100 gigabytes of music you knowalbums and now also pictures so I thinklike all right Spotify right now I justlisten to it all the time but I got oldsell their music that I haven’t Spotifygonna exist forever like what if theinternet shuts down like you know like Ican listen to it and then pictures I’mlike well do I just keep like dumpingthese pictures onto my computer or do Ijust upload it onto Instagram foreverand then I have it there and I was likefighting I’m like man my brain is likecaught between keeping digital stuff orlike keeping it over here and I don’tthoughts on digital clutter there
