Just got my delivery and disappointed that my palette is broken it came wrapped in a Cat Yes I Really Do Need All These Dice shirt sweater bag so they obviously knew when the packaged it nothing else was bagged not great. Hello I have been a subscription customer for 3 years now I am very unhappy at this point and would like to cancel my subscription I was sent a ripped up box multiple times and the last time multiple items were missing it says on my orders that I received the items that were resent by your company and I never got them I cannot even get in touch with anyone on your hotline I have been on hold an hour and when I email it takes 3 5 days to get anything back this is not easy for a mom of two busy kids to have to deal with.
