I am a Awesome The Black Hat Sisterhood An Enchanting Fly By Night Group shirt sweater customer at victoria’s secret since years I used to buy in store and placed a few orders online shipped to an us address I never had any problems with it I got all freebies or rewards with my orders and in store purchases qualifying the amount to spent I did the same 2 weeks ago I placed 2 orders both qualifying for the actual 20 giftcard with a purchase of 40 one order was 75 the other 150 so both of them matched the asked purchase from 40 and more to qualify both orders came without the giftcard what never happened before I called customer service for the one parcel they double checked and confirmed I qualified for the giftcard and they kindly sent it to me to my email account the second order came the next day nov 11 again no giftcard called customer service again again double checking and confirmation about qualifying again it should be sent to my email within 48h but I didn’t receive the email with the 20 giftcard for this order yet so I called customer service again today today I got told I didn’t qualify for the giftcard because I am not a us resident and don’t have an us bank account and I wouldn’t qualify for any reward even I would live in the us and the shipping address was inside the us the fineprint would say it’s for us customers only what I got told it means I have to purchase inside the us fyi i’m a frequent us traveller going for and back and just spent 3 month over there coming back by end of the year the amount of my purchases at victoria’s secret online or instore just for 2018 was more than 700 yet furthermore I got told I shouldn’t have received any giftcard all the years and month before because I paid with a non us visa card or bank account and probably not in store too does my money stink is it less worth than others’ wherever I went inside a store and the items I would like to purchase aren’t in stock the associates tell me I can place an online order and have it sent to my actual residence hotel apartment or house and I will get the giftcard and qualifying freebies for what reason does a purchase not qualify just because of the bank’s nationality aslong it is purchased inside the us I paid the same amount as everyone else did I had an inside us shipping to my nc adress I am about to spend the giftcard reward when back in december and have it shipped to my us address again like I always did I never had those problems before and I was always satisfied with my purchases but this is weird and makes me upset. The customer service is terrible I placed an order it didn’t get delivered due to the delivery agent changing the type of delivery I tell them that it was returned and I still need my items they tell me that I have to wait until it arrives then an additional 14 days to get the item and if I wanted a refund I had to wait until they received an item mind you I never laid eyes on it before they could issue so now I am waiting almost a month for items I ordered because they used the worst carrier service ups to deliver then I place another order and they cancelled two items off the order due to not having but low and behold they still selling the items on the website as available so when they told me they no longer had the items in the warehouse for my order I guess that was a lie because they were still selling them once again waiting another 14 days for those items as well I spent hours yes hours on the phone with them took several calls and really nothing is resolved because I don’t have any of those orders I placed I have 2 other orders I am hoping won’t have an issue but with this company it is more than likely they do nothing for you when it is there error they provide no incentive for mistakes there credits are misleading because you have to spend certain amounts before you can even use and you can’t use it on certain sales items rip off like another customer said I will be going back to carters and old navy until they learn how to treat customers and do better with their distribution centers orders tracking and shipping. Can you please change back to the original way the diapers were made I am having to change my daughters diaper more often and I m having leaks which I never had with your original diapers I am on several mom groups and we are all having to buy the diapers in bulk from t j maxx and stockpiling cases it makes me sad I love your diapers now I have 40 packs of diapers in my daughters closet from t j maxx
