Was trying to buy my children some summer clothes just to notice I had an unexplained 5 in my subtotal so I removed down to 1 item to show the difference this 1 item is 3 98 but I have a subtotal of 8 98 and yes i’ve checked it was 0 tax and free shipping so there is no way to explain this extra 5 I want an explanation I messaged customer service but it said it will be up to 5 days before I get a response this occurred both in app and on website.
